4 stars because I like the way it looks. However, the top drawer has trouble closing all the way. It catches about 3 inches prior to full closure. Requires extra effort to finish the job which reminds me of a cheap piece of furniture from WalMart.

This is my favorite piece. The look of the high chest is beautiful and a lot taller than I remember (which is a great thing!) but the sliding of the drawers isn't soft close, so you have to push the drawers in all the way until it clicks to close it fully. But overall, I'm pleased with how it looks. It brightens the room and looks great against the wall with plenty of room to walk around it.
